Sick numbers. I think it's cool how you follow designed strenght programs. I have a few friends who compete in SL and they all claim Sheiko to be the best.

Yeah a lot of people have had a lot of success with the program I just finished and the program I'm about to start. The weights were lighter than I had been lifting before I started it, but the extra volume makes it tough.

Bench
5 x 50 kg
2 x 4 x 60 kg
2 x 3 x 70 kg
5 x 3 x 75 kg
1 x 100 kg
1 x 105 kg PB

I was going to wait another 4 weeks to go for some new PB's but was feeling frustrated with the light weights and figured it couldn't really hurt.. The plan was to go for 105 at the end of the next 4 weeks, but I'll just aim for 110 instead, since 105 felt pretty easy.

Squat
5 x 60 kg
5 x 90 kg
2 x 5 x 107.5 kg
5 x 5 x 125 kg
