5:40am- 6oz oats, 11oz unsweetened almond milk, 4oz banana, 4oz raisins
8:00am- 2 larabars(pecan and apple pie), 1 dropper liquid chlorophyll in 16oz water
9:15am- 20oz water
10:25am- larabar(lemon bar)
11:40am- larabar(cashew cookie)
1:30pm- energy drink
3:45pm- Boca burger w/mushrooms, 9 onion rings, fried potatoes(few oz)
8:45pm- 9oz mix of wok'd yellow squash, red apples, almonds, walnuts, mushroom, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, raw pumpkin seeds, curry powder and 16oz water
9:15pm- 1lb baked apples/pears w/cinnamon atop

I have those days....for years I used to eat 5-7 Clif Bars everyday :) I was a top individual customer/consumer of that company.

All this talk about food.....it's time for breakfast and ain't nothing to it but to do it!

3:00pm- larabar(coconut chew)

Is that even 1000 kcal?

Tasha- lol no Im the one getting him up at 5 every morning. I get up at 4:30 and have to be at work by 6am that why. My fav Larabar would have to be cherry pie.

Johan- Ive stated before that some time I dont even get 1000cals.

I did not eat nor drink water today


October 13, 2008
5:45am- oatmeal, banana, raisins, almond milk
7:35am- 16oz water w/dropper full of cholorophyll
9:10am- larabar(coconut cream pie)
11:15am- larabar(cherry pie) and handful of salted pumpkin seeds
1:30pm- Activ water by Talkin Rain
2:30pm- 3 pieces of Ezekial bread(no sodium kind) w/ Krema natty peanut butter(crunchy) on all 3 pieces
6:30pm- 6oz baked tofu, 3oz red quinoa, 16oz water
8:00pm- 16oz refried beans, 3 spoonfuls creamy salsa, 3 spoonfuls tofutti sour cream, 3oz tortilla chips, and 12oz juice

7:00am- bisqnots and dravy, meat substitute, glass of water
7:40-9:20am- chest workout and 20oz water
10:00am- protein drink
12:30pm- larabar(lemon bar) and 4 dried apricot slices
12:45pm- 4.3 mile run
2:15pm- 20oz pineapple, 4oz cran-grape juice, few bites of quinoa
3:30pm- 2.5 mile hike
7:00pm- a huge plate of wok'd veggies: yellow squash, cucumber, eggplant, red quinoa, Amy's veg soup, and bowtie pasta with marinara sauce
8:30pm- second helping of dinner(minus the marinara sauce)

What liquid chlorophyll are you taking? Also, is there any advantage to this over powder chlorella?

I take ChlorOxygen by Herbs Etc. Not sure if there is an advantage but ive always been told liquid will absorb faster than powder or pill. Never taken the powder. This is more convenient for me. Drop a dropper full in a bottle and go. No mixin necessary.

6:30am- 4 serving energy drink and a sugary snack
9:00am- Naked energy drink
9:45am- larabar(coconut cream pie)
1:15pm- larabar(coconut cream pie)
1:45pm- 2 fruit and nut bars
3:30pm- Amy's cheeseless pizza(whole pizza)
6:30pm- 1 piece of Amy's pizza and an alcoholic drink

My favorite Lara bars would have to be the pecan pie, apple pie,and cashew cookie. Yum!!! :lol:
