Sometimes its because food s me and sometimes its financial. I wonder how my phsyique is what it is when it comes down to my diet.

7:30-9:00am- chest,lat, and bicep workout
8:15am- 1qt vanilla chai tea protein drink
9:00-10:15am- continued workout
10:20am- larabar(cashew cookie)
10:30am- 15oz protein drink
5:30pm- larabar(coconut cream pie)
7:00pm- 5 meatless dawgs
8:30pm- 14oz refried beans, tofutti sour cream, hot salsa, organic tortilla chips
