Yesterday I didn't train. I was busy studying and kind of tired. I'm still sore since monday but I'm probably gonna go do some leg and abwork today.
Yesterdays diet:
10/3-09
1. Oatmeal, apple, PB, cocoa, soy flour, soy milk, wheat germs
2. Veganique, apple/carrot/orange juice
3. TVP, crushed tomatoes, onions, carrots, whole wheat pasta.
4. Lettuce, veganique, banana, dates, mixed berries, flax oil.
5. Red lentils, PB, tomato paste, corn, bell peppers, onion, garlic. BCAA shake.
6. Coconut milk, cocoa.

Great your back on track, now show us some weights discoking :) . I am gonna slack this week, eat lots of junk food and study and get back with the training next week.
We see the winners and "learn" from them, while forgetting the huge unseen cemetery of losers.

No training. I ate too much and felt like I needed to throw up for three hours, sucks.
I'm not really back on track but hopefully I will be soon.

I study for my M.Sc. in electrical engineering with emphasis in signal processing. Have some exams left to do and will hopefully start my final thesis this autumn. To bad since I don't wanna start working :lol: .

Hope your ready for the gym soon. Can't let that weak german kid get stronger than us :D

hahaha, don't worry. a miracle must happen before i get stronger than you guys.

but it seems like i really have a chance since you guys are always too busy with studying and i don't care about my study at all. :D

I do a split again
1. Chest, triceps
2. Back, biceps
3. Shoulders
4. Legs
(5. Dips, chins, abs)

I posted my diet here http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=17118 but I acctually noticed I eat more but it's almost accurate.

use those extra cals to work extra hard buddy and train accordingly >:-)

It's all good, you're pretty lean, I wouldn't worry!

Last Monday I did chest and triceps which left me really sore (specially chest) and yesterday I did back and biceps and I'm a little sore from that too. Today I'm gonna try doing some shoulders. I'm guessing most of it will be isolation stuff because it's hard doing presses with a sore chest. Anyway, I'm really siked about training again and that rules.
