I want to do the Vancouver Naturals Classic 2009 in March. I have done couple figure competition this year, but didn't place well. But I want to be the best this time, Is there anyone who has done Figure Competition? What kind of diet did you follow? I need to put lot of muscles on my upper body and toned down my lower one and have defined abs too.
Any help, pointers is appreciated. I want to start as soon as I can to give my body sometime to adjust to the diet
