I need someone to tell me what to do

I've gained so much weight being vegan. Mainly because now I eat carbs and I'm usually too busy to cook often. I need someone to tell me exactly what to eat and what workouts to do. Anyone know a link I can follow for a FREE diet and workout plan?

Many people need to be told what to do, including me. Stay away from refined carbs and starches, sugar and flour. Eat foods in their natural state.

 

As far as a program, you can find them all over. I'm pretty sure we have a link on the Strength Training thread with all kinds of workouts. Decide what works best with your schedule too, so you can set yourself up for success.
