ok christmas eve - um ehhem.. Santa had to work all day and then get ready for christmas, but as super cool as he(she) is she still managed a work out in the morning or abs biceps back
1. 4 oz pure acai(genesis today) and 1 c juice
2. 2 servings beans and rice with salsa mixed in
3. vegan muscle milk
4. shake
5. vegan mac and cheese-1 serv
end of week one- waist down to 30 " around belly button! all goals reached pretty much, need to do more vegetables and fruit


christmas day-
1.I ate way
2.too much junk
3.today
4.but santa was
5.very very very tired
6. and very greatful that she got nap time for the first time in two years :-)
best christmas ever!!!

My son loved his Dancing Brobee from my sister in law, he was shakin his little butt in his elmo pj's. now we are watching a christmas story(you'll shoot your eye out kid) and i just realized my son just dumped a whole bag of vegan cheetos on the ground. i'm not even mad, b/c i got a nap!

favorite treat of day- 1 terra nostra rice milk square off the bar chocolate 1 teaspoon fresh pb 1/2 tablespoon ricemellow. Oh my goodness!!!

ok friday 26th and sat 27th
no workouts played Doctor mom, but my goals for my one month measurements are still there and i will workout and track meals tomorrow :-) staying positive.

Akkk! I haven't posted here in so long
life has had a lot of stresssssss (lame)
update- around 18% bodyfat
104-105 lbs.
how is everyone doing???
