There is an organic place called Noahs Ark? For some reason the halfway house wont approve me to go there... Lovely..

Really hitting it today, did legs and a cleanup day yesterday - refound my center...mentally... Do yall know what I mean?

2 scoops of no explode
2 tortillas with peanut butter maybe 3 oz?
2 scoops no explode, 1 scoop sythetic creatine
shoulders, some chest (light), 3 mile run (slow), abs, and intermediate walking with clients, some like .5 mile jogs etc...

get some better quality food in you. these decent supplements that cost loot and no veggies or fruit or even grains or nuts/seeds. Fresh produce and more of it!

Its disgusting? Last check over 18 inches... Makes driving to the gym kind of a cheap addrenaline thrill.. at least if ou have fun with it like I have been :) Hey you gotta do something for entertainment!!! :)
