Took a one hour powerwalk with a friend to get the cardio started again. New project course started today so dunno what days I will train. Gonna bump up my protein intake also since it have been pretty low and probably gonna order some pea protein.

Jag beställde från VE igår. Jag försökte nå dig över msn men du var inte där. Min flickvän kommer hit snart och jag behövde grejerna innan dess tyvärr. Men jag beställer säkert någon gång snart igen. Det blev ett gäng clif bars och lite annat gött :D

Hehe det är cool, tänkte beställa 10kg av buzz på veganfitness kommer aldrig lyckas boosta proteinintaget ordentligt annars.

aa mäktigt! jag funtar lite på att beställa de där proteinbarsen dem har. vet du något om frakten för alla saker, när jag kollade verkade det ganska dyrt, fast man ska väl passa på nu för deras valuta är ju ganska låg om jag minns rätt...

Frakten för 10kg protein går på 25 pund tror jag och så totalt 100 pund. Så det blir ju rätt billigt protein typ 120kr/kg.

Oops were did I go, well I got a bad cold so I have been downed in the bed for a week so I will probably train tomorrow again. Cutting the calories on my off days now since I will probably don't have time for so much cardio so I have to eat less instead. Well back tomorrow I hope.

Haha I will never forget the dissapointment when I killed the promqueen was announced as the special guest of deadfest 05. There were a lot of rumours about section 8 reuniting :?

Haha Section 8 was such a bad band almost as bad as Outlast. Why are you never on MSN you slacker need to ask you some diet stuff.
