breakfast green smoothie
kale spinach, cucumber, green grapes and 1 banana
lunch fries(needs 2 go)
buffet(Chinese noodles 3 plates)ouch
march 1
break fast bow of oat meal glass of grapefruit juice
green smoothie
dinner salad maybe a potato and possibly coffee.
drink for day water
