Parkour practice


I haven't and might not be able tio update this that much because I am currently back in school for exercise and health science. I'm going for my certification.

Balancing things has been really hard. I got school, work and training. Today I got in a morning run and practiced some parkour. *sigh* I need to res and get back to a proper schedule.


Oh and unfortunetly my bicycle has been stolen. :roll: fucking great.

Yea, eventually though I want to get into voice acting. I have some videos, of my voice impressions, up on youtube. I'll post them sometime.

Barbell Behind the Neck Press: 65lbs 1x8

Bench Press: 105lbs 1x8

Barbell Row: 72.5lbs 1x8

Barbell Deadlift: 85lbs 1x8

Stiff Legged Deadlift: 70lbs 1x8

Stretching cooldown


I still want to tweek my workout a bit. I'll do that next strength training day.

Smith Machine Behind the Neck Press: 50lbs 1x12

Smith Machine Bench Press: 105lbs 1x10

Smith Machine Row: 30lbs 1x12

Smith Machine Lunge: 70lbs 1x8

Cable AB Pull Down: 25lbs 1x12 (poor form. Reduce weight)

Cable Woodchop: 25lbs 1x12

Weighted Chest Raise: 10lbs 1x12

Forgot to do Hip Ab/Adduction

Stretching as a cool down.
