Jason
Thank you Robert for posting this question in another thread.Do you keep an online training/blog journal? The only progress that I've made in the last couple years is when I kept a good journal here.In the last year I've started and stopped a few times. As a result, no results for me. Goal Number 1: Get Lean!Goal Number 2: Get Strong! If I get lazy again please yell at me, don't be nice either. I don't have any goals right now to get big like those Vegan Brothers in Iron.Health is my primary motivator.I estimate that I would be about 160 pounds if I were lean.So that is my goal weight, but it isn't set in stone, I'll know when I get there. After I get lean, then I'll concentrate on strength. My Diet:Vegetables and fruit with some nuts and seeds.Green smoothies, fresh juice made by me.Lots of raw leafy greens everyday, at least a pound.I don't like the raw vs cooked debate, but my diet will be mostly raw. That's just the way I prefer most food. There are some veggies that I prefer cooked, so that's how I eat them. Jason
How do you cope with such little food? I'd be gnawing my arm off.I just make sure to stay away from your blogspot.I made the mistake of clicking on it. Everything looks so good. I was actually thinking that I must have eaten something else too.It didn't seem like much food for a whole day.But I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat. That smoothie did have a lot of calories, it had a couple scoops of PBAnd I ate most of the watermelon.I couldn't get close to the rind because it wasn't ripe yet.The middle was good though.
