I've had some gains with low weekly workouts too....I'm just a huge fan of volume myself.....but I know some others who do great with just a few days of training a week and keeping it intense. Sex? Not yet, but I'm learning to just ride it out when I feel like induldging in my addictions. The only thing that ever works is setting big goals, as I self-sabotage less when I have something on my plate in the near future to shoot for...
