Vegan Luv's Workout log, Before & After Pics

I have been a very strict vegan for 16ys now

 

Happy to start another year

I am really going for it this year!! I want to get really defined!

 

My Goals & Workout Log

Goals: To really lean down this year & gain muscle....Get really get my glutes & hammies defined.

 

My typical workout routine:

 

Monday: 30 min cardio.....

Lower body day- legs & booty (weights, squats, lunges)

and of course abs!! my fav

 

Tues:30 min cardio.....

Workout with my Trainer (2-time Ms USA)

Upper body workout - ( she makes me work hard!)

and of course abs!! my fav

 

 

Wed: 30-45 min cardio.....

Lots of abs

 

Thurs:30 min cardio.....

Workout with my Trainer (2-time Ms USA)

Lower body workout - legs & booty ( she makes me work hard!---- ouch)

and of course abs!! my fav

 

Friday: 30 min cardio.....

Upper body workout & abs

 

Sat- off ( long walk in the woods)

Sunday- off

 

I often go for long hikes on my land- steep hills

 

 

What else should I be doing any ideas???

thanks for the compliment..

I had a great work-out today! I had to switch it up this week.. My trainer was gone this week.

Today I did upper body, I really feel like Im making some progress in my arms, I will post pics soon.

I thought about doing a juice fast this weekend, but not feeling it....

I love my juicer!!

Any one study Gerson therapy?- I really appreciate the work, Its why I chose the juicer that I did.

monday: No work out Had to go to San Francisco

 

Tues 12th:

Great upper body workout: shoulders arms, back, chest

& abs

I worked with my trainer today- she mentioned my increase in strength, we both noticed I could lift more weight-- yay!

Need to kick up my cardio- really feel like it will help we drop some body fat.

Im feeling a little on the roller coaster ride with my body fat %...argh what to do?

Any ideas about dropping body fat %??

Today I didnt feel it! ... I went to gym , did lots of abs & cardio but didnt give it my all. Feeling a bit bummed, maybe its all this rain!

 

Think I might start a food list of what Im eating every day.

 

Today:

soy latte & agave

oatmeal, rasins, w/ ricemilk

 

green drink w/ sun warrior protein powder

 

 

1/2 c red rice, shitake mushrooms, carrot, cilantro, ginger, tofu, baby lettuce

 

almonds

 

med.salad (spring mix, carrot, cucmber, tomato, olives, avocado, lemon/olive oil) basmati rice, edamame & green beans, 1 slice grilled tofu

 

one trader j's vegan cookie

I fasted yesterday & today

Thursday workout was good, lowerbody with my trainer

Today I took a day off from working out & enjoying the rainy fasting day

here is my carrot, ginger,kale, purple cabbage juice. Yum!
