Cool man!

It's so nice to be able to train outside in the sun.

I remember vacationing to LA and training with my shirt off on muscle beach and training out in the sun at Gold's Gym Venice. So cool to be able to do that.

Snow out here in Ohio but lots of sun too.

Back "home" to LA soon and I'm excited to get back out in the sun and warm temperature.

Good to see you here man.

Flying home to SoCal today and pumped to get back into training! The Arnold Classic was a good reminder and motivator for me!
