Here we GO !!!!

 

Tomorrow it s Monday.

Tomorrow I start to be a serious girl with NO CHOCOLATE and NO WINE on my diet.

Yes, I know I am too much gourmand......

 

I start this topic to help me to reach my objectives :

1. I want to loose 20 lbs.

2. I want to be abble to run for the half marathon of Montreal on september.

 

I will post my training and diet each week....

Having some advice would be great.

So..........

 

MONDAY

 

AM

10 kms fast walk (I did it YES)

 

PM

Then I tried a new full body training that a friend of mine made specially for me.

 

15 minutes static bike level 8 (1-20 level) / heart rate 120 max

Even if it was just to get hot muscles for my training, I think I should make it beat faster next time. Maybe UP the level.

 

Bench : 2x10x20 lbs (so Hard)

Finally, I can say that day one was REALLY GREAT !

 

DIET

 

lunch 1

Muesli + soya milk

Fresh orange juice

Coffee

600mg vitamine C pill + 1 pill Omega oil

 

lunch 2

Handmade soup (carrots, onion, ginger, potatoe, squash, safran)

1 glass of soya milk

600 mg vitamine C pill + 1 pill Omega oil

 

lunch 3

Handmade 'Ratatouille' (Tomato + onion + eggplant + zucchini + garlic + thyme + olive oil)

Oat flake + soya milk + mapple sirup

1 kiwi + 1/2 apple

 

 

and this is an amazing book, explaining industrial milk's propaganda and lobbying... (hoping it is translate in english)

YES! Keep it up! Great start! make sure to add more weight to the easy ones!

Yes, It was just to try....

It needs some adjustments.

I want to know how I feel with this programm before asking an advice to the coach.

First I try to make the movements as well as possible.

Visit my dietetician

I have to upgrate my proteins in my lunch if I want to loose weight.

 

Cautions :

1. I have to eat more beans and legumes.

2. I bought Organic Soya Protein (Powder) witch seems to be a good supply. Ready to prepare some shake's beverage !

 

 

PM

Cardio training. Good to burn fat.

40 minutes biking level 10/11 (1 to 20) heart rate 125

40 minutes jogging

20 minutes fast walk

 

stretching and relax breathing !

 

Very Good Day for me.

Minus 5 lbs (its not a lot but it s encouraging !)

 

Weather is getting better.

Inspiring for outside sports !

We have positives tempetures since yesterday and an amazing sun shine today YES !

35 crunchs + 25 rotation crunchs + 20 relevés bassins

 

I progress just a little but I feel proud of me

Abdos:

40 crunch 40 rotation crunch 25 releves bassins

 

Its hard to progress on the top of the body.

But you know what ?

MINUS 5 lbs and I feel soooooooooooooooooo good

 

Tomorrow I go climbing WOAW
