So this is my first online journal, I'm excited

 

I weigh around 170, am 5' 11" and a 21 year old male

 

My healthy vegan consists of beans, brown rice, almond butter, veggies, quinoa, sweet potatoes, nuts, and fruit.

 

I try and weight train or run everyday and let's see what happens!

 

 

6/8/10

 

Woke up at 11:45

 

drank a mix of hemp protein and greens.

 

Feel good as I weight train.
