I love pull-ups.

Keep up the great work!

If you are talking about making milks at home, then definitely some is left in the pulp. But with store-bought foods you can just read the nutrition panel. I would personally get some Silk Unsweetened (green container) and some Almond Breeze Unsweetened. They are both great sources of vitamins that most vegans are usually low on (B12, D, Calcium) and they don't have any added sugars to junk them up. They do run $2.50 to $3 per half gallon though :/

Wow, impressive! Looks like you've been getting some sun also, which I envy you for right now :)

You look AMAZING!
I am sorry I don't have time to read all of your blog but are you saying that the only thing you have done for a month are the push-ups and pull-ups?

But the truth is everyone is looking for the same thing

Thank you, Zinzen! Only pull ups and push ups the past month.
I will stop here with Armstrong program, because a flew back home today from Barcelona, and tomorrow I'll be back in the gym! :D Can't wait... Am I becoming an addict to exercising? It's become the part of my life, same as eating and sleeping.

Man...check out the definition of the bi's - with better lighting, the striations would probably show even more. Who says plain old pull-ups & push-ups don't work?!?!?

Looks like you've been hitting the lats too...
