Re: Daniela's Food and Gym LOG
sounds good for burning the fat and feeding the muscle! Keep it up - keep tweaking to find the best thing for you

Re: Daniela's Food and Gym LOG
Why so much coffee? O.o Sorry if this comes off as snobby, but if you "need" coffee to stay energized maybe you're really not getting enough iron. Coffee actually binds iron. (and remember, vitamin C helps absorb it.. exploiting this synnergy is very beneficial for plant based diets)

Man, I can't help it. I love coffee!!!!!
Can I just say that I'm a coffee lover too? (ESPECIALLY Brasil café!) Though, my recent love is green tea (living in China).

Re: Daniela's Food and Gym LOG
We had a thread last year about coffee in case you are interested:

If you read actual studies vs. internet nonsense, I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as some folks make it out to be.

Just wanted to make sure you were drinking coffee for the taste rather than relying on it for energy.
I do drink coffee (and tea) also.
