GET SOME NUTS!

Right now I’m doing the 5/3/1 of Jim Wendler. I modified it a little and within the next weeks I want to add some exercises. Heres the plan!

(BBB means for me the same exercise but 50%-60% of my max 5x10 repetitions)

 

Monday: Military Press plus BBB

Tuesday: Deadlift plus BBB

Wednesday: Bench press plus BBB

Thursday: Squat plus BBB

Friday: Bent over Barbell Rows plus BBB

 

Additionally, while searching through the net, I found a webpage on how to do a hundred push-ups in six weeks and yes sir, I accept the challenge!

Cycle 2, Week 1, Session 1

 

15min Warmup

 

MP: 5x27,5kg, 5x32,5kg, 19x37,5kg

 

MP Assist: 5x10x30kg

 

Pushups: 6, 6, 4, 4, 10 in 5 min.

 

The pushups are a pain after doing the MP but it is great to do some real training after the deload week!
