After a few months off this forum, I have returned for a very simple reason, today is day one of training for the Tour De' Whatcom. I log my food on MyFitnessPal so I won't double log here, this will just be to keep track and focus on my training.
Monday through Thursday I have a yoga class at college (I love getting credit for doing something fun), which is super awesome and keeps me flexible for riding days.
May 18th, 2011: 35mile ride, average 21mph, Hills and waterfront!
