40 mins treadmill 3.8 mph 5.5 incline in anticipation of girls night ha(yeah who am I kidding I know you can't make up for bad eating habits with excessive cardio). Will eat three clean meals today before dinner and drinks at 630..

Yeah, I am with you on the pose, but the bicep peak looks awesome in that photo! I am also with Synny in that the suit is lovely! I am starting to really like that hot pink color on you!

But skipped cardio
Huge cheat with wine.. About 4k calories with all macros off the hook
Have to try to have some self control for fathers day then be good until my vacation which will be bad... Then no more cheating or wine..

Diet today
Off diet tomorrow evening
Diet for ten more days to try to get back down to 120. Lifting and Cardio will remain intense (hopefully 40 low and 30 high most days)
Three days vacation until July 1
Then 165 carbs 140 protein 70 fat (original macros that coach started me on)

i think im going on a 5 mile hike and hopefully to clear my head. cant decide if my eating is out of control or if im being hard on myself. at least last night's eating was all clean except for vegenaise in the salad dressing....

Yesterday's food:
Meal 1: 1/4 cup soy milk (coffee), 1/2 scoop pea protein, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 6 strawberries
weights..
Meal 2: 2 pieces ezekiel bread, 2 tb pb, 1/2 banana
5 mile walk
Meal 3: 1 cup lentils, 1/4 cup soy milk (coffee), 1/2 cup spinach, 1/2 cup kale
3.5 mile walk
Meal 4: black bean spaghetti, 1 TB PB, 4 brussell
30 Minutes HIT bike
Meal 5: 1/2 pack tofu, 1 cup broccoli
Carried 500 books down from the third floor of my house to my car. long story, but i was sweating
Meal 6: 2 TB PB, 20 almons, 1/4 cup soy milk (tea)
Totals: 183 carbs, 140 protein, 83 fat.

Mood: depressed, dysmorphic, remorseful about the previous day's eating.

Today:
Meal 1: 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup soy milk with coffee, 1/2 scoop pea protein, 1 banana

Legs. Felt strong and jacked. I missed putting up the heavy numbers. Not that these are that heavy but heavier than i've been able to do for a long time.
Front Squats: 45x20, 50x20, 55x16, 60x12, 65x10, 70x8, 75x6. Wanted to change it up while I have the chance, coach doesn't like these but I do
Plie Squats: 55x20, 60x20, 65x20, 70x20, 75x20, 80x20. I can't remember if I did a set with 85
Smith machine split squats: 20x20, 40x20, 50x12x2
Smith Calf raises: 40x20x4
Quad Ext: 55x16, 70x12, 85x12, 100x10, 115x8, drop set to 85x8, 70x8, 55x8, 40x8
Leg Press: 90x20x5
Standing Oblique Crunches: 25x20, 35x20, 45x12x3. Last two exercises were supersetted
30 Minutes HIT bike level 20.

Picked up the ingredients for my truffles and busted into the chocolate chips early and had some PB post workout with them. 2 pieces ezekiel bread with polaner all fruit and 1/2 banana. Counting macros for the day is over....back on track tomorrow. For the next ten days I am going to shoot for 200-250 carbs, 120-140 protein, 70-80 fats, keeping around 2000 calories. Lots of volume for lifting and 1-2 cardio sessions a day. Hopefully maintain myself between 120-125 by the end of my three day vacation july 1, then lose a bit more and get near 120 so I can contact my coach and say that i've maintained 120, now lets do this we have 8 weeks...off to cook and celebrate fathers day...making truffles, candied pecans and walnuts, cous cous with walnuts and raisins, and baked beans.
