I have been distracted with this hurricane. I live at the Jersey Shore. I trained bis and tris on thursday (also ran 5.6 in the am) and chest yesterday. On bis and tris i tried reverse curls with barbell for the first time. Weird feeling. Yesterday was a shortened chest workout.

The gym will definitely be closed tomorrow..as will everything..depending on how bad the damage is its not certain how long it will take to recover my area....so now im holed in my house until???
