i had some bad days with gum. 2 packs a day since friday. today i was 125.6. although had big bm when i got to work, and weight 125.6 when i got home after 3 meals, more than a gallon of water, and 3 diet sodas and 2 coffees....so maybe i was just truly backed up, so well see what i weigh tomorrow but i need to never chew gum again. today i went through a pack, started the next pack, but walked them outside and put them in the dumpster. (my supervisor on mondays has drawers full of gum and i have free access to them. other days its a quick drive to 711, where trident is on sale 2 for a dollar...)i tell myself i can moderate but when i start i cant stop. whether or not its giving me extra carbs and calories i dont know. but i cant screw up now. i need to buckle down and overcome my demons. demons being my disordered eating patterns and oral fixations and scab picking. ugh. on a side note i really felt yesterday that i noticed definition in my abs that ive never seen before...im too ashamed to tell my trainer about the continued gum habits so i just need to not have any. its not too late if i stop right now.

DB overhead supersetted with db side raises: 20x15, 7.5x20..four times
db front raises - 7.5x20x4
uprights: 40x15x4
backshrugs supersetted with regular shrugs: 25x12, 25x12, four times
db rear delt raises: 5x15x4
overhead tricep rope supersetted with vbar push down: 30x12, 80x12...four times
one handed head bangers: 12.5x15x4
bodyweight dips: 20x4
30 mins HIT, level 20, 331 cals...

125.0. this has happened before, and i really believe that i'll drop by friday and into the weekend...
got up at 6 and got 20 mins of LIT out of the way woohoo. I must make sure i continue to do this on Weds, and Fridays, possibly even mondays but that will be super early (530 gasp!). 12.0% incline, 4.1% mph.
i know coach says im supposed to take a day off and that day would be tomorrow since its my late day plus im on call to stay late (possibly until 9) if there are issues but i may not...may feel the need to at least get some cardio in in the am. and if there are no issues later on maybe even after...june is coming so fast...

Did Back Day yesterday too! I use to love Back day (not as much as Leg Day - but that is my best feature), but yesterday all I could think of as I blasted thru the sets was that tomorrow was rest day! and I was able to keep giving it my all with that thought in mind.

i guess cause during a lot of the movements, like deads and rows, you just feel it in your whole body, like its gonna explode. thats how i feel. my trainer even says that he personally chooses his off day to be after back. oh well. upper back a bit sore today, hammies sore, which is rare, so thats good. 124.6. today is my identified off day from everything but i dont have to work until 1030 so i went to the gym and did some experimentation. 10 minutes on the step mill, nearly falling off several times, my feet barely fit on the steps, was dizzying...it said 150 cals (didnt put my proper weight in so its less cause i assume they default to 150), it was like 100 steps per minute... 20 mins on the bike where you lean over level 12 out of ?, about 200 cals for 150lbs person, and then 20 minutes on a bike where you lean back more, level 11 out of ?, it said 170 cals..without me inputting weight. so a total of 50 minutes of what can truly be considered low intensity. maybe my body will even respond to the variety, but i really dont trust any kind of cardio except the treadmill since i can truly gauge the intensity since thats what ive done since the beginning of my cut, but i figured since it could have been an off day with no exercise i'd give my feet a break. depending on how work goes ill go back and do my quick HIT after..maybe...but technically im allowed to take off. gonna be a nice weekend, lots of outdoor walking and sunbathing. forgot to add that on sunday i did a liesurely 2.5 miles in my flip flops on the board walk as well as 2.2 miles with my mom around the neighborhood.

I love the step mill. I can do 45 min at level 5 but it will increase and decrease speed as the program I pick goes on. I am ready for my scheduled day off. Love the idea of not having to worry about exercising for at least 1 day
