The comp is 9/15. I'd venture it would come back at around 125-130 lbs but my doc says hell just give me some hormones and ill be back to normal whenever i want to do it.

this is my cutting diet, plus working out for about 2 hours a day most days.

hey jungle

Have you tried almond butter from the grind machines -- so good but I noticed that the almonds are roasted and not raw.

Do you add fruit back to your diet after the season. How is your training off season.

i do not like almond butter. i am going to just eat almonds. i will be cycling carbs and adding fruit/yams on leg and back days in off season. and apples and some other things but not to exress.

my training will be a heavier 5 day split..less cardio but try to do a bit 5 days a week.

...IMHO...when I look at so called feminine women most of them look like: over watered jelly that doesn't set properly OR lumps of lard OR have a sausage-like look and texture to their physiques...come to think of it so do many men today as well :lol:

... it always amazes me how out-of-shape people have a lot of criticism in the field of women and body building...so I'm sticking up for the body builders :)

...you look: healthy, strong, toned and have a feminine shape and look... :)



Keep up your way of life..it's worth it :D

thanks for the love everyone.
115.6 today.
legs/abs yesterday. pretty sore and scraped my knees doing rope crunches. did an extra walk yesterday, will do more today and tomorrow. had to go to a dinner party last night, on the cheese plate they had grapes, dried fruit, and nuts, and there was wine and cavatelli and broccoli....i brought my peanut butter and drank 3 diet sodas. torture!!
shoulders today.
cardio of course
changes implemented from coach - cut 20 total grams of protein per day. change cardio to 15 mins HIIT and 55 mins low. circuit training starts friday wooo!!! im taking the protein out from meals 2, 3, 5, and 6, (seitan and pea powder). coach says protein not as important now and all about burning calories...
yesterday someone interrupted my sueprset to tell me im too skinny need to eat more...so mad.
bought tofutti triple chocolate lovers cones for post competition. also box of oreos, salt and vinegar chips. salt free pb, dates, raisins, baking soda for competition and bathing...yams...gonna go buy some stuff at the dollar store like swedish fish and see if joyce leslie has any cute robes, tanks for that day...have to get my nails ready, waxing on friday...also will do a routine tomorrow.

Do you feel guilty from indulging after the comp. This is the best time of the year for fruit such as grapes. Do you miss fruit? Question about dry fruit. Are goji berries overrated. They are expensive and taste like candy but low in sugar compared to other berries. I keep reading dry fruit puts on weight.

yes i do feel guilty. yes i miss fruit. never had goji lol. and yes dried fruit will not make u as full as regular fruit but provides same sugar and more per volume.

last back workout was yesterday. on sunday i walked 11 extra miles (outside, leisurely), broken up into 5 trips. lol. it was nice to just zone out and listen to music. no extra yesterday just the required training. 55 mins cardio in the am back for more later. chest today, legs tomorrow, shoulders thursday, then its all circuits from there on out. only 1 diet soad today and no sweetener.. gonna try to drink lots of green tea and water...
