It basically argues that humans are only supposed to eat things that were available before the agricultural revolution. That obviously includes a lot of meat. Which is not something I agree with or am willing to do. No grains, which I can see why and no artificual sugars. Just focus on fruits, veggies, and nuts (but no legumes, so i dont know what a cashew is). technically no PB which is crazy, and i also need to eat pea protein, but i think that cutting out oats and cous cous is worth a shot to see how that goes.
