119lbs, (1.5 drop from last thursday), coach encouraging into the 117s by sunday, but i think i will def hit the 118s....and hopefully another cheat haha. sunday was epic as usual (bagels, ice cream (with sprinkles and oreos), cookies, banana, pb, a few skittles, swedish fish, cinnamon bun, nuts), post cheat depression set in on monday as usual (4.5 lb gain overnight), depression turns into fatigue and longing as the week goes on haha. then the vicious cycle starts again...took tuesday off of work which was nice, helped me feel a bit caught up, will probably cash in on a few more days off within the next 8 weeks on days where i absolutely dont need to be there, starting fat burner Lipo 6 tomorrow, its all ordered. will order suit (red) probably this week. benched 115x8 yesterday spot didnt touch the bar. then got 120 for four...then back down to 115x8. then did smith incline press, decline (105x8?ish), cable flyes, some bicep stuff.... hopefully some progress pics this saturday or sunday. also took a hot yoga class on tuesday, did a backbend and the standing bow. its interesting how my training has made me just be able to walk into another sport like yoga and dominate it...same thing happened with running with a 24 minute 5k in october..
