YOUTUBE/GOOGLE are in charge of advertising on videos, not her. My youtube videos have advertising on there also. But I have been doing this 80/10/10 diet now since january 1st and I have cuto about 4% body fat and also gained 5lbs of muscle gain. So it does work, and she is not a body builder she is triathlete. Just saying otherwise stick with your diet and good luck, you asked for help and thats what I was trying to help you with. :)

Your core is probably pretty solid since you do heavy deads and squats so don't let the lack of soreness deter you - sometimes I get DOMS in my abs (no joke) so maybe you will, too! Ha.

Awesome that your body's adapting to your training and you're able to add more weight - it's definitely going to help out, mentally, as the cut goes on. Keep at it, you're doing a fucking awesome job.

Yesterday took off. Yesterday 147 lbs, today 145.8 lbs 23.7 body fat.

shoulders:
Seated barbell overhead press, i really think my coach was trying to kill me: 65x12, 70x10, 8, 6? dam i forget but he was helping me on every set. it was way too heavy
side raises 10 x12
front raises 10x12
rear delt machine, no idea 12x3 but he said it was light cause i told him it hurt my shoulder but it didnt hurt this time
upright rows: 12x3, cant remember weight
shrugs, 25lbss? 3x12
tricep pressdown: 45x12, then more weight x12, more weightx12
overhead tricep with rope/cable ext, 3x12
one handed head bangers 10x12, 12x12, 15x12, he helped on last set
bench dips 3x16, body weight
20 minutes cardio

i dont pay too much attention to the weight when i train with my coach, because the machines are different for one thing from my home gym, and we are talking and we move quickly so its hard to even keep track of, i just let him think about it. whatever. but today i didnt feel that winded or over worked...ill see how my shoulders and tris feel tomorrow tho.

cheat meal is not until next week because the first week at 165 carbs isn't really considered dieting. its not a big deal, i don't feel that deprived and i have so much to do tomorrow that trying to fit in a chipotle trip was stressing me out anyway. apparently most girls that he trains get constipated when they start dieting. i said maybe cause they're not vegan :). then he started asking me about whats wrong with eating eggs/milk and i explained it to him. he was kind of surprised. he was saying that ever since he added the polygraph to his show, a lot of people have dropped out. i will also be the only girl in his class tomorrow for posing, and only one of like 3 or 4 in the show for BB. he said that down the road ill be adding more minutes to my cardio and either a morning cardio session or a session before i lift weights. he doesnt believe in carb loading or anything too drastic.

off to my massage. my mom just said "be careful getting in and out of the car, i watch a lot of csi". lol.

Aw thanks Michelle.

I like my coach a lot. He is encouraging, good to talk to about bodybuilding and other stuff, very knowledgable (competing since age 17, took 10 years off age 30-40) and competes regularly now, owns the gym, and has helped a lot of people. very supportive of the veganism. hes also tough on me when i need it, like when i stick my butt up during bench press, hes like keep your butt on the bench!!! or if i cheat on any other moves...

Yes its my first posing class....im gonna be so embarrased...but my coach said everyone is pretty fat so i should be fine lol!

Really awesome how supportive your coach regarding your veganism and being willing to learn something from you - so awesome. Also sounds like he's doing a great job pushing you while also being supportive instead of being too much of one and not the other.

Good call on doing the "cheat" when it's less stressful - think about how much more you're going to enjoy it!

Mistake, yesterday bodyfat was 23.4. today its 23.0 and weight 144.8

slept in until 10:42am...does that make me a bum or just someone who is getting adequate rest? my cats were scratching my eye lids so i would wake up and feed them.

Wow. One guy in my posing class was admitted to the hospital for a stomach infection....7,000 calories a day with chicken being the majority of it. Another one drives from NJ to PA on a weekly basis to get raw unpasteurized milk to drink with raw honey post workout. Also on his menu, as far as i could hear beef, and eggs, and he had horrible skin and i never woulda pegged him for a bodybuilder....but the class was ok. apparently i did well in every pose but my lat spreads!

well not 7k worth of chicken, but he just mentioned that he was eating a "whole package" of chicken a day, and that he had to drop to 5k calories cause he couldnt afford all the food. im sure he also was eating eggs, whey, cottage cheese, steak, talapia. all that good stuff.

That is how one of the personal trainers/bodybuilders is at my gym. He always has to call out sick because of being sick/stomach aches. Don't get me wrong he is big and strong, but I havent been sick in I dont know how long.

Sounds like posing class went well (and was probably somewhat amusing to a vegan seeing all of the horrible side effects of animal protein, and way too much of it!!!)...Don't worry lat spreads take time to get. It sometimes takes a little time to figure out exactly how to do everything required to spread the lats, all at the same time. For some people, it helps to break it down into multiple steps. Obviously, you can't keep doing it that way; it needs to look like one easy movement. But doing it in steps does help in the beginning. And as with all of your poses, practice, practice, PRACTICE! Pose every day!!!
