I just pooped myself realizing I need to come up with a routine soon and practice it. I have my music, and i have one posing class under my belt, four more to go. any suggestions

thoughts on wearing a vegan trucker hat during? black, to match my chucks that i want to wear too, assuming thats allowed (asked my trainer who is the promoter, waiting to hear back). so given black shoes and hat, what color suit? would pink still work?!?! keep in mind that my music if BMF by rick ross and inkredible by rick ross if that makes a difference.

Lying Leg Curls Supersetted with Romanian Deadlift:
40x15, 100x12
45x12, 100x12
50x10, 100x12

Seated Leg Curl: 55x15, 70x12, 85x10

25 Minutes cardio.

HAha really? yeah i dropped the dbs on my feet on the last set and rep cause it sucked so bad. it hurts my lower back more than anything, its weird. not really sore today, which upsets me. ive come to rely on the hammy pain and the headache started before i lifted, but of course it was way worse by the time i got home and got worse until the minute i hit the pillow. all better today. but i need to confess that i broke down and bought 2 diet sodas last night...


Body weight 142.8 and body fat 22.6% the past three days including today.

Today: 141.6 lbs, 22.4% bodyfat. Coach says should be into the 130s this week...haven't seen them since September!!

Abs and cardio yesterday;
Giant superset: {crunches, leg raises on bench, ball crunches, rope crunches (120, 130, 130, 150), twists: 20, 20, 20, 20, 30}. x 4
30 minutes cardio.
