I used to eat margarine as a kid..... I snuck one of those HUGE tubs of it behind my mom's chair once and at the whole thing. I stood up... Looked at my mom, calmly walked to the bathroom and.... got rid of it.
I'm 5'9", and not muscular quite yet, though I have been seeing some progress. ANY tips you have would be amazing
. I'm not sure there are a lot of successful bodybuilders that are over 5'5" or so.... I need to research this whole "bulk" idea. It's a weird word to have as an aim for a female... considering we are programmed to spend our lives avoiding such pronouns. So, a friend of mine (who has her [I think OCB] pro card) convinced me that I have any sort of potential to do figure. Unsolicited, mind you. She told me that this summer (at one of her competitions) and I laughed hysterically at her. Yeah.....
So wait... I'm not supposed to increase calories by eating 3 extra containers of Ice "Cream"? *slowly lowers spoon from mouth*.... Crap.
I've found that eating well is like... super cheap and easy. Just steaming veggies and making a sauce to dip them in is awesome! And I love it! I don't know why I spend so much time on preparing crazy extravagant crap that isn't that good for me anyway (aside from the delicious factor... and food-boredom....).
Right now I keep trying to choke down Clif builder bars. I used to really like them... They're getting a little dense-tasting sometimes. I'm better off eating them when I'm hungry.
Mmmm garden. I think I'm going to be working a lot this summer (summer job... I'm a teacher) so I won't have time for a garden.
