Like Medman said, at the end is best, and you can pretty well throw them in any day you feel up to it (wouldn't recommend doing them more than 2x/week, though, if you're doing them heavy or for long endurance walks).
A great finisher, but of course, in strongman competition, they usually end up putting it as one of the first events, even if guys are carrying 350+ lbs. per hand!
