Not because I dont believe it doesnt work, but simply because its too much of a hassle.
The focus of my workouts is that I dont need to go a certain place to do it. I got the inspiration when I was in the army and had to set up training programs for me and my privates in the field. Obviously carrying weights is a waste but we had a lot of other possibilities.
When I left the army I found it a bit frustrating to wait for machines, or weights in the fitness centres.
I want High intensity workouts, I dont have time to wait for 2 hunks talking with dumbells in their hands(as if their muscles will magically grow from that )
So I started mixing running and strength training.
This is from April, after 6 months of only using bodyweight workouts. And the first day of being vegan. Just before I was to cut, you know summer and all.

This is in July, after being vegan for 2 months and I was done cutting.

This is from August I had started a Mike Mahler program, while beginning to bulk

And this last picture is from last week, Having some fun wth a friend, dont know how much progress can be seen.

My program I am following now(loosely as I tend to rebel against my own programs if their carved in stone)
4 km run, high paced. It takes me to a pullupbar in Copenhagen where I start my strength part.
8 pullups, 400 meter sprint X3
20 elevated pushups, 15 lowerback hyperextensions X3
12 leg raises(From the pullupbar), 15 jumpingsquats(knees to chest) X3
20 Wide pushups, 20 jumping lunges X3
20 knuckle pushups, 10 onelegged squats(20 in total) X3
20 Diamond pushups, 20 Crunches X3
No breaks, except for the position change.
4 km run, as highly paced as possible home.
I do this 4-5 times a week.
