Hi All,

I'm new here but not new to veganism or training.. The 12 Days of Christmas sparked an intest with me so I decided to make a journal and get some accountablity from you fine people..

Height: 5'6"
Weight: 134
Goal Weight; 128

I will be back later to write more, as I'm at work and need to get back to work..
