Damn girl, awesome lift! :boxer: :prayer: :supz:

Did all the dudes in your gym stare with gaping mouths and then not make eye contact with you because you can pull more than them?

No... Was pretty dead when I did it. Most if the guys there know I am a bitch to fear lol. At the powerlifting meet I watched there was only 1 chick that could out lift me as of right now. I will go up against her in day!!!!!! Yeah I get competitive lol

Ok went straight barbell for deadlifts today. Been using a functional lifting apparatus and straps to get heavy lifts. No chalk, no straps just me the weights and barbell. I still got 200 lbs next week I will bump my weight up. Trainer really setting my workouts up for extra heavy lifting. I am not complaining at all. I love pushing myself. So I guess this spring I might be competing......

Goin on 2 diets.... One ties into the other lol. Cutting my spending down to save for a trip to Europe (been a dream to go for a long time and saying to hell with it I am ready to go) so by cutting expenses my meals take a hit too. Thank god for cheap rice and beans!!! This next year should be loads of fun.....

Sounds like an exciting plan! Where in Europe are you looking at visiting?

Had been put on hold. Quit my job and only working part time so can't afford to go yet.

How's the training been lately, you running or lifting right now? Any more races you are thinking of doing?

Weights only right now. Trying to let my feet heal up. Got so bad it hurt to walk. I now work in a gym in the daycare section and no longer work in a nursing home. Trying to also get my weight back under control.

Not sure. No insurance to see a Dr so basically assuming plantar fasciitis. Some days better than others but stretchingthem out helps and need to get back into yoga but I work during the yoga classes...

Hopefully you heal up fast, sounds like you are doing what you can to help the recovery process though MF.
