Hey everyone! WHOOT!!! Can't wait to get started!!

 

I'm already with a gym; this one has a "playground" atmosphere to it - so, plate pushing on the fake grass, running sprints, sled pulling, tires, ropes, that kind of stuff.

 

I also joined a spinning group, which I'll do 2x a week. the weights, etc will be 3x a week.

 

My trainer's provided me with my Phase I plan so I'll be working on that!

 

Eating is going to be tougher, but I want to do it right!!
