My first post in my online fitness journal of the year! yay :)

Yesterday was a fantastic workout day...

Went to the gym for morning cardio... half hour on the treadmill, 40 minutes on the recumbent bike... so i could study at the same time (wooo multi tasking!)

Then went to my muay-thai class for an hour...

Then an hour hot yoga class. I was very tired by the end to say the least!

During my work out i ate:
I made my own energizing drink, using some protein, banana, creatine, blueberries, oats, bcaa, almond milk.
my protein shake had hemp protein, flax seed, chia seed, orange juice, soymilk, glutamine.
an oatmeal bar, and half a hemp protein bar.

Today on january 3rd... more of a relaxing day, 90 min hot yoga class... Off to work :)
