On January 2nd I started a 30 day hot yoga challenge... Must complete 30 classes in 30 days!
Today was class 3... Even only 3 classes in I'm already feeling improvment! I don't think I've ever sweat so much as in one of those classes.. Its fantastic! And I'm feeling pain in many various places! My goal with this hot yoga challenge is to increase my flexibility, and to be able to center myself well.
After yoga, headed to the gym to do a leg workout, which left me starving. I work at freshii... A healthy fast food restaurant with vegan options, so I had a brown rice bowl with: edemame, walnuts, almonds, corn, carrots, mushrooms, chickpeas, avacado, tofu, spinach and peanut sauce.
I'm looking forward to sleep tonight... Tomorrow I will take all my measurments and such!
