Day 4 of hot yoga challenge... I'm starting to enjoy the classes more each time I go! I'm sure its going to turn to love at this rate. Most difficut part... Staying quit for 90 mins! I enjoy talking! Lol
Before heading to yoga I had an hour muay-thai class. A lot of cardio and burn out rounds today...so lots of shoulder work! Going to buy all new gear for sparring next week, and I'm pretty pumped for that!
I said in my journal yesterday I'd take measurments today, but that's going to have to wait till tomorrow now... Goodnight everyone!
