Day trip to Saint Augustine! Walked around for about 4 hours, had a great time and the dogs were welcome everywhere we went. Pretty awesome day off.

Off! I use the Federal Holidays throughout the year as my "do nothing days" where I try to not make it much further from the bed to the couch!

For whatever reason, one of the preworkout supps I've been taking made me feel CRAZY weird and tingly and honestly I don't like it, an Animal product called Rage. I've taken it a bunch of times before but today it isn't feeling so good so I'm done with it. Luckily I ordered some of the Vega preworkout stuff a few days ago and I have a couple Vega samples to take so I will be alright.

I love the Vega Pre-Workout stuff, too! It's also great for staying awake during long car trips, for future reference. :)

Haha I'm sure! Honestly, it tasted like berry iced tea, and I wasn't jittery at all, so I am totally into it!
