I'm on week three and it already feels like my lifts have become stronger. I'm finding my Military Press weights are just increasing, I feel more comfortable with heavier weight on the bench, my deadlift comes up easier and faster and my squat seems more explosive.

I'm up for 135x50 Olympic squats today without a break. So We'll see how that one goes haha

Crazy! Were you able to power through the whole set or did you have to pause a bit between reps to get that done? In either case, nice work!

I think I powered through 25 without stopping, but after that I would pause for 5 seconds in between doing as many as I could. The objective was to never rack the bar, so when I was paused the bar just sat on my back, which made me want to finish faster haha

Probably around 20 or so. That's when I started thinking I was going to puke haha.

I think were on the same timing, I did deadlifts for reps yesterday which I think is the beginning of the routine.
