Week 4, Day 1
Deadlift from 1" Deficit
135x8, 225x8, 275x8, 335x8
Deadlift off of 2" blocks
225x5, 315x5, 375x2x3
OLY squats
135x5, 185x5, 225x8, 225x8, 225x8
Big improvement from the beginning of the cube. I was hitting 185 for 8, ending with 215.
Lunges
65sx12x3
Bac Raises
50
Abs
Decline sit ups (50 only bw) and 50 with 20lb medicine ball.
Been bulking this week and hope to put on some mass in the next few months.

Yeah, but I see where he gets it from in a way. I dropped my box pulls from 4" to 2" and the weight flies up, and I have no doubt that from the floor it will be the same way. The 1" deficit helps as well I think.

Great work in here, looks like you are getting some solid rewards with The Cube.

Oh definitely, I think I'me seeing a lot of strength gains.
I do follow them the on facebook, so many posts, its awesome.

I actually don't have facebook anymore haha. I deleted it last week. I'm trying the whole Not existing on social media for a bit. So far its really cool, a lot more time to lift and work on schoolwork! So far so good
