Two weeks ago there was a charity strength comp on
I sucked at most lifts but got a pullup with 45kg additional load, pretty chuffed!

Tried some different things this week, but happy in how they turned out.

Power clean: 1@205#
I know I'm strong enough to get more, but I've never done it before so my technique is terrible. Going to keep working at it!

Push press: 1@195#

Push jerk: 1@225# (somewhat of an unintentional hybrid between a push press and a jerk)
