4x5x47.5kgs ( Not as good as i liked , will do it again next workout )

Deadlift
1x5x37kgs , 1x5x57kgs
1x5x77 kgs

2 sets of Hyper extension in the end .

Note:- The workout out last 1 hour 20 mins including warmups . Really happy with the squats getting closer to goal of 90 kgs now .

Hey mate i am doing okay , finishing my degree exams this month and will finally be a graduate :)
The workouts are finally getting challenging and i am really happy progressing with squats which really got tough at these weights last time around .
I'll put up some pictures and videos with the green colored weights soon ;)

No i am doing my degree in English Literature . I started it before i had a job so just decided to finish it off this year .

I am cutting back the volume to 3x5 simply coz its too hot to train in 40 degrees and i need to shorten my workouts . Been getting positive comments from friends on how i am starting to look broader :)
