54 miles road bike today, felt pretty good considering the almost hurricane conditions :lol: plenty of fruit to carb back up now! :D

thanks yeti........yeh i like to do all kinds really, i love to train whether its cardio or weights :D i would definately recomend a bike pal, nothing quite like it for scenery fresh air and calorie burning!

haha dunno pal, alot of everything i think apart from fat......1cup brown rice (before cooking) 4baked potatoes, 1 tin of heinz 5 bean. my mum got me that plate for christmas cuz i always have 2 or 3 plates for my meals! :lol: its awesome nearly as big as a 44lb disc haha

45mins of weights circuit training today too much stuff to write down.......... lightweights lotsa reps....... did everything except chest. felt pretty pumped. time to eat like a champ now :lol:
