I'm really glad to hear that! Means a lot to me...

My bodyfat was even a bit lower 2008, but dehydration and carbloading worked better this time... so hard to say if it wss my best shape so far.

Well, i'm eating what i want at the moment ^^ but i'll just do that for a few days and then return to a good diet ;)

Yeah... in 2008 i had almost no fot on my glutes left. But the low carb diet for months and months was really hell...

Oh yeah, i'll enjoy that, trust me! Haha! :D

were you already vegan back in 2008? probably been asked before, I take it you get most of your calories from protein shakes and fats when on low carb?

Great job, very inspiring to say the least. Lower chest was looking crazy in your most muscular pose. Lots to be proud of, contest prep is NOT easy. What is your plan moving forward?

@yepes: thanks a lot! In 2008 i still ate "normal", so i also used tuna and cottage cheese for my contest diet... but actually i only did that because i thought there were no other options if i wanted to prepare in a low carb way...
But in 2011 i made my decision to finally go and stay vegan, no matter what it would take...

@Foods4health: thank u very much! No, contest prep is always a tough thing... but if you want something in life, you gotta work hard for it. There's no easy way i guess... :)
Well, i wanna keep a good shape and try to get even harder for the contest season in autumn... ;-)
