Incline Bench Press: 130lbs 1x5

Dumbbell Bench Press Single Arm: 25lbs 2x12

Stretching and then Bike Ride 30-45 minutes

Shit this was a long time ago. Sorry I didn't mean to come across as mean, but I did great and have been working as a lifeguard since last year.
