I'm very new to this board and thought I would try out this method to see if you all have some ideas
I've put on about 10 lbs since August (due to poor eating) that I'd like to release and I'm really struggling with losing it. I'm thinking I should really go down to a 1200 calorie diet but I'm still undecided. What do you think?
Current weight: 131
Body fat: 22.5-23%
Breakfast: Oatmeal with bran crisps, almond milk latte (150-200)
Snack: Apple (100)
Lunch: Tamale pie, bran crisps (200)
Snack: Raw granola bar (210)
Dinner: Veggies and soy burger (300)
Snacks throughout the day and after dinner: apples and/or banana, crisps and pesto, tofu, popcorn, carrots (500-1000 calories)
Monday: Bodypump and cycle for 20mins
Tuesday: Shoulders and cardio 45 minutes
Wednesday: Chest/triceps and cardio 45 minutes OR cycle/circuit training 60 minutes
Thursday: Back/biceps and cardio for 45 minutes OR running for 15 minutes and weightlifting class for 30 minutes
Sat: Step class and Bodypump
I'm really in need of some advice. Lately I've been averaging 1600-2000 calories a day...How many calories should I eat to get into that bikini by summer? Should I change up my workouts?
