Confessions of a Vegan Warbeast, Conditioning of an Animal

#1 Postby Hiroki » Thu Jul 10, 2014 11:20 am

SO begins the pages of pain, the chronicles of a man with a psyche so shattered that the pages to come will contain a training regimen so unorthodox, so unheard of, that many will question the sanity and motivation of such a workout freak. Pictures and videos will be included, what will not be included are measurements of body parts, counting calories, individual meal plans, etc.

This is the diary of a GLADIATOR WAR BEAST. A VEGAN ANIMAL who is actually a very peaceful person, except when it comes to working out. The inner rage that drives such a one is animalistic and primal to say the least.

So no training log will be posted for a week or so due to the volatile nature of my life circumstances right now.

The beast may be getting put in a cage this Tuesday, literally imprisoned for a week, due to past mistakes that he is working out and is almost free of. But the past still haunts him even though he is so close to being free of his past mistakes, this possible encagement just adds fuel to the rage, which he will take out in his upcoming workout routines. Expect a 5-day a week unbridled and insane program coming soon, lest the beast sits in a cage for a week or not. It's just fuel to the fire.

were all young and naive (and some -- er, most? -- done dumb things). maybe not all similar to your case, but seeing it for what it was, mistake, paying for it, learning and evolving into new 'you' -- that's positive!!!

Loved your intro! Will check back again....
