I'm loosely following SL 5x5. 6' and 159 lbs. Goal is to lift S200/B200/P100/D300.

Barbell Squat

Hey Besu, welcome to the community here. Why do you do foam rolling at the end of your workout? What type of foam rolling exercises do you do?
