Ok,
I'm all new to weightlifting and bodybuilding, but my ambition is to gain muscle mass so I'm not skinny any longer.
Today I'm 180 cm 66 kg (5'11 145lbs)

Gym today:
squat 30 kg (66lbs) 3x10
benchpress 20 kg (45lbs) 1x10, 30 kg 2x10
deadlift 30 kg 3x10
lat pull down 30 kg 3x10
bicep barbell curl 15 kg (33lbs) 1x10

I welcome all comments and advices :D

Hey Ken,
looks like we're the same dimensions, with the same goal. Best of luck, I'll be following this journal.
